Astha is a registered Social Worker who has joined TANI as a practice manager with a great passion to work for the Asian community. Her background includes working in the sector of child protection, family violence, advocating for women, children, young people and providing general Social Work services.

She uses mana enhancing strength-based approach in her practice and will be working on implementing and developing a response system for TANI’s family violence prevention work. Astha is passionate about the ongoing training and professional development of people committed to the Asian community services. She is fluent in Hindi, English, Marwari, Haryanvi and Punjabi.
